UK Mainland Delivery

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
Non-Mainland UK
Customers in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands may be subject to additional delivery charges and extended delivery times. If your order is affected, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss your options.
Packaging
All Roohy Couture orders are carefully packed to protect your products during transit. We take particular care with our glass formulations to ensure they arrive intact and in perfect condition.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@roohycouture.com.
